    An apparatus and method for quantitatively extruding food material is provided. The apparatus comprises a hopper (2), a frame (7) supporting the hopper and having a chamber (21) therein with first and second ports (9, 8) to which a nozzle (10) and a piston (25) are connected, and a food cylinder forming device (4-6). The food material (1) which flows from the hopper into the chamber is confined by the food cylinder forming device and forms a cylindrical body which is then extruded by the piston from the nozzle, whereby even food material including large solids can be quantitatively extruded.

    Claim
    1, A device for dosed extrusion of food material containing a hopper, a frame below it with a chamber in communication with the hopper, and a mechanism for forming a cylindrical product from food material containing walls, of which at least one is mounted with the possibility of moving to another to form a dimensional a cylinder with inlet and outlet openings and a piston for extruding the product from the graduated cylinder, characterized in that, in order to enable the dosing of material containing solid pieces , the mechanism of formation of a cylindrical product from food material is mounted under the chamber so that its walls forming a measuring cylinder are perpendicular to the vertical axis of the chamber, and in its side
